user of the website www.gymforgolf.com, about how your personal data is processed, the
principles governing such processing, and your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of
the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation –
GDPR).

a) The Controller’s website allows for fast and convenient electronic communication with
the Controller through contact forms or email communication. To use this method, users
may voluntarily provide their name, surname, email address, and phone number. Personal
data provided in this manner is stored on hosting servers operated by Webfusion, which
guarantees compliance with GDPR, and is also securely stored on the Controller's internal
servers. Data provided voluntarily by users for contact purposes is stored indefinitely
unless the user requests its deletion.

b) Access to this data is permitted only to designated personnel authorized to maintain and
develop the website or handle online marketing on behalf of the Controller. If you wish to
obtain more information or contact this authorized person exclusively for these purposes,
please use the Controller’s email info@gymforgolf.com.

c) Personal data acquired through this process is never shared with third parties.

d) If you have any questions or wish to request the deletion of your personal data held by
the Controller, please contact us at info@gymforgolf.com or write to our registered office

2. Registration without Purchasing a Training Plan License

a) The Controller does not collect sensitive personal data unless users voluntarily and
explicitly provide such data during the registration process.

b) Personal data of registered users is stored on Webfusion hosting servers, which ensure
that personal data is managed in accordance with GDPR requirements. Data voluntarily
supplied by users for registration purposes on the Controller’s website is stored indefinitely
unless a request for its deletion is received.

c) Access to this data is limited to designated personnel authorized to manage user
accounts and maintain the website. For inquiries about this authorized person or related
matters, please contact info@gymforgolf.com.

3. Scope of Personal Data Processing for Training Plan Purchases

a) When purchasing a training plan license, the data processing may also include
additional information provided by you, such as:

- Business name
- Company registered address or seat
- Identification number (IČ) and VAT identification number (DIČ)

b) These additional details are provided voluntarily for invoicing and payment processing
purposes.

c) If a registered user wishes to cancel their registration following a training plan purchase,
they may request account deletion. However, the valid license for the training plan will
remain active until the expiration of its term. Cancellation requests can be submitted via
email to info@gymforgolf.com.

4. Access to Personal Data

a) Your personal data will be processed by the Controller. The Controller may authorize
subcontractors to process such data exclusively for the purposes outlined above.

b) Subcontractors who may process your data include:

- Providers of server, web hosting, cloud, or IT services
- Authorized personnel involved in the development and maintenance of the website or marketing strategies
- Third parties involved in providing services you have ordered or facilitating payments under the contract
- External accountants and legal advisors

5. Sharing of Personal Data with Third Parties

a) Upon purchasing a license for a training plan, users will receive login details along with
instructions for accessing the plan through the XPS Network application. Training
programs are hosted on the XPS Network servers, and the protection of personal data
within the XPS Network is governed by its Terms of Use.

b) Personal data shared with XPS Network includes:
- First and last name
- Email address
This information is shared exclusively for the purpose of providing access to the training programs.

6. Subscription to Newsletters

a) When ordering a training plan, users may opt-in to receive newsletters and promotional
updates by ticking the appropriate box at checkout. By doing so, users consent to the
processing of their personal data for marketing purposes and agree to its use in third-party
newsletter services that comply with GDPR requirements.

b) Should a user wish to unsubscribe from newsletters, they can notify the Controller via
email at info@gymforgolf.com or by writing to the listed registered office address.

7. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

a) The personal data you provide will be used to:
- Respond to your inquiries and contact you
- Fulfill obligations arising from the mutual contract
- Send newsletters and promotional updates, if consent has been given

b) All personal data is processed lawfully and transparently. Only data relevant, adequate,

8. Period of Personal Data Processing

a) Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the services you receive from
the Controller or until all mutual contractual obligations have been fulfilled. Personal data
will also be processed for a period required by applicable laws, such as obligations
imposed by the Accounting Act, the Act on Archiving and Records Management, and the
Value Added Tax Act. Once the relevant period lapses, all personal data will be deleted.

9. Your Rights Relating to Personal Data Processing

a) Regarding the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

- The right to access your personal data
- The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- The right to erasure, also known as the right to be forgotten
- The right to restrict the processing of your data
- The right to object to the processing of your data
- The right to data portability
- The right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data

10. Final Provisions

a) By submitting an order via the online order form, you acknowledge that you have read
this Privacy Policy and fully accept its terms.

b) The Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy if necessary. Contracts,
including the General Terms and Conditions, are electronically archived by the Controller
and are not accessible to third parties.
