The training plan is designed for:

A golf warm-up prepares the body for the game, improves mobility, activates muscles and reduces the risk of injury. It supports dynamic movements such as trunk rotation and improves concentration and coordination, leading to better performance on the field.

The license is valid for 30 days from the first login to the XPS application.
