The training plan is designed for:

A monthly home training plan for better golf swing mobility. It targets key parts of the body (hips, spine, shoulders), improves range of motion, energy transfer and swing control, while reducing the risk of injury and pressure on joints.

The license is valid for 30 days from the first login to the XPS application.
