\nguarantees compliance with GDPR, and is also securely stored on the Controller's internal
\nservers. Data provided voluntarily by users for contact purposes is stored indefinitely
\nunless the user requests its deletion.<\/p>

b) Access to this data is permitted only to designated personnel authorized to maintain and
\ndevelop the website or handle online marketing on behalf of the Controller. If you wish to

a) The Controller does not collect sensitive personal data unless users voluntarily and
\nexplicitly provide such data during the registration process.<\/p>

b) Personal data of registered users is stored on Webfusion hosting servers, which ensure
\nthat personal data is managed in accordance with GDPR requirements. Data voluntarily
\nsupplied by users for registration purposes on the Controller\u2019s website is stored indefinitely
\nunless a request for its deletion is received.<\/p>

c) Access to this data is limited to designated personnel authorized to manage user
\naccounts and maintain the website. For inquiries about this authorized person or related
\nmatters, please contact info@gymforgolf.com.<\/p>


3. Scope of Personal Data Processing for Training Plan Purchases<\/b><\/p>

a) When purchasing a training plan license, the data processing may also include
\nadditional information provided by you, such as:<\/p>

- Business name
\n- Company registered address or seat
\n- Identification number (I\u010c) and VAT identification number (DI\u010c)
<\/p>

b) These additional details are provided voluntarily for invoicing and payment processing
\npurposes.<\/p>

c) If a registered user wishes to cancel their registration following a training plan purchase,
\nthey may request account deletion. However, the valid license for the training plan will
\nremain active until the expiration of its term. Cancellation requests can be submitted via
\nemail to info@gymforgolf.com.<\/p>

a) Your personal data will be processed by the Controller. The Controller may authorize
\nsubcontractors to process such data exclusively for the purposes outlined above.<\/p>

- Providers of server, web hosting, cloud, or IT services
\n- Authorized personnel involved in the development and maintenance of the website or\nmarketing strategies
\n- Third parties involved in providing services you have ordered or facilitating payments\nunder the contract

a) Upon purchasing a license for a training plan, users will receive login details along with
\ninstructions for accessing the plan through the XPS Network application. Training
\nprograms are hosted on the XPS Network servers, and the protection of personal data
\nwithin the XPS Network is governed by its Terms of Use.<\/p>

b) Personal data shared with XPS Network includes:
\n- First and last name
\n- Email address
\nThis information is shared exclusively for the purpose of providing access to the training\nprograms.

6. Subscription to Newsletters<\/strong><\/p>

a) When ordering a training plan, users may opt-in to receive newsletters and promotional
\nupdates by ticking the appropriate box at checkout. By doing so, users consent to the
\nprocessing of their personal data for marketing purposes and agree to its use in third-party
\nnewsletter services that comply with GDPR requirements.<\/p>

b) Should a user wish to unsubscribe from newsletters, they can notify the Controller via
\nemail at info@gymforgolf.com or by writing to the listed registered office address.<\/p>


7. Purpose of Personal Data Processing<\/strong><\/p>

a) The personal data you provide will be used to:

\nValue Added Tax Act. Once the relevant period lapses, all personal data will be deleted.<\/p>
